• Offers personal transportation services that will also drive the client's vehicle from one point to another

• Special needs caring
• Wound care, post-operative caring, complex caring

Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements

• Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community
• Provides transportation and/or assistance from/to Fort William First Nation to medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist, physiotherapy) in city of Thunder Bay
• Services are provided by way of a wheel-chair accessible medical van equipped with one infant and one toddler restraint
• Responsible for processing Non-Insured Health Benefits service claims
• Submits medical appointment travel, mileage, meal and accommodation requests on behalf of individual

• Works with clients and their families to provide services to individuals of any age including the elderly, who require support services
• Provides speech and language services support to children attending schools on-reserve

• Homemaking
• Meals
• Nutrition
• Palliative support
• Personal care
• Respite care
• Transportation to medical appointments or errands

Provides affordable door to door transportation for seniors or those with a disability to help them with various activities such as grocery shopping, medical appointments and social outings

NOTE: Vehicles are not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs

Operates a para-transit service for individuals unable to use the regular transit system for all or part of their trips due to a disability

Lift+ is public transit and services most locations within city limits

Offers door to door transportation and accompaniment services including a  wheelchair accessible vehicle

Assists with the following:

• Medical and dental appointments
• Personal shopping
• Grocery shopping
• Adult Day programs/Alzheimer or dementia programs
• Social functions
• Liaison between medical staff and family
• Airport service - assistance through to gate departure
• Vacation accompaniment
