• Arranges weekly visits from support worker in individual's home
• Provides emotional and physical support such as grocery shopping

Security Checks

• Makes weekly calls to clients' homes to check on them and to determine pending appointments

Transportation Program

• Provides transportation on an as-needed basis to all events at the Centre, the hospital or clinic and for errands around town including grocery shopping

Offers transportation services for seniors and individuals who require accessible transportation to attend medical appointments, health related appointments, and wellness programs

Provides door-to-door accessible transportation within or between Schreiber and Terrace Bay
