March 18, 2020: Effective immediately and until further notice:
Provides financial assistance for basic needs (food, shelter, clothing)
Participants can access a variety of programs and support services including but not limited to:

March 18, 2020: Effective immediately and until further notice:
- no need for for clients to submit their income reports at this time (unless they submit electronically)
- Special Diet Allowances already in place will continue (even if set to expire), no need to bring signed in forms for now (unless they submit electronically)
- will not require forms and verification for Mandatory Special Necessities - benefits will be issued and forms obtained later (unless they submit electronically)
- Offices remain OPEN, but trying to avoid having clients attend in person as much as possible, for everyone's well being
