- S.H.O.W. (Seasonal Horticultural Outdoor Worker) Program - hires youth aged 18-30 for 5-month long contracts growing food throughout the Thunder Bay area, providing general employment training skills
- Urban Youth Farm Program - in partnership with the Lakehead District Shool Board, high school students aged 16-18 are hired for 7 weeks in July and August to build employment skills and get co-op credits for running one of the Urban Garden sites and working with local farmers

Services include but are not limited to:
- Supports the community development of Matawa First Nations by providing training and employment opportunities that will improve infrastructures, businesses and human resources at the community level
- Assists First Nations individuals to improve their personal employment skills and career potential via job training, placements, and counselling services
- Provides opportunities for multiple communities to participate in regional employment
- Assists First Nations youth between the ages of 16 and 30 years to gain meaningful employment skills and experience
- Increases First Nations participation in Apprenticeship Trades training with regional employers
- Assists applicants who may be eligible for income support during their training programs
- Provides guidance and support to unemployed Indigenous people living in the city of Thunder Bay
- Offers a fully equipped Resource Centre with free access to computers, job boards, fax and photocopier
Offers the following programs:
- Meno Biimadeswin Adult Education & Training Centre(MBAETC) which assists students to obtain their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Strategy (ISETS) which focuses on skills development
- Pre-Apprenticeship Readiness Program which allows people to pursue education, skills development and apprenticeship
- Construction Craft Worker Training Program which teaches skills in construction over a 3-year course
- Indigenous Language Revitalization offered through University of Victoria
