• Operates a 19-bed shelter that provides emergency short-term housing for youth (males 16-17 years of age, females 16-21 years of age), women and families who are experience a housing crisis
• Provides seven emergency beds for youth, 12 emergency beds for women, one room for accessibility, and two emergency units for families, regardless of gender identity and/or sexual orientation, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless

Additional services:

24-hour shelter houses up to four families and provides food, clothing and supplies. Staff assist in-house clients with finding housing, social assistance, medical and legal help. Shelter works with other community agencies who provide counselling and interpretation services. Length of stay depends on situation, average stay is six to eight weeks.

• Counselling: Supportive Counselling services are available to shelter clients
• Second Stage Residential Housing Program: Available to families and single women
• Clinical Counselling: Support is available to shelter and outreach clients
• Child and Youth Programs: Available to shelter and second stage clients
• Outreach Services: Workshops, and Educational Groups are available weekly
• Women's Legal Advocate: Clients who separate from their partners are assisted with the family court process
• The Anti-Human Trafficking Program For Youth: Shelter, counselling and court support services

Child Witness Program

• offers individual and group counselling for children ages 4 to 18. Helps children heal from the experience of witnessing woman abuse and meet other children who have also experienced family violence. Gives mothers the chance to be supported as they help their children heal.

Community Counselling

• offers individual counselling for women 16 years and over who are experiencing abuse or healing from abuse in Bruce and Grey counties. Child care and transportation can be arranged in advance.

Transitional Support Program

• Transitional Support Worker assists women by acting as an advocate for resources within the community in the areas of housing, education, job training, income support, legal aid and legal representation, Children's Aid advocacy, transportation and child care.

• works collaboratively alongside youth throughout Bruce/Grey County who have experienced, or been exposed to, sexual violence or human trafficking.
