Case management services are available to people 16 years and over who have been diagnosed with a mental illness such as:

• obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

Community based services including: assessment; individual, family and group therapy; treatment and prevention groups; crisis counselling; case consultation services; case management and referral; community development and education; after hours crisis consultation

A service agency under provincial legislation to provide the following services: Voluntary Prevention and Protection Supports, Family Preservation Program, Foster Care Services, Adoption.

• Foster Care is provided for children admitted into the care of the Society.
• Adoption Services find homes for children whose parents cannot make a permanent home for them.

Services are confidential and free.

Agency provides support and services to people 16 years and older who are experiencing addiction and/or mental health issues and seeking Peer Support as a ways and means of managing and working toward being well

• offers a safe, non-judge mental environment for individuals with mental health and/or addictions concerns and meet them where they are in their own recovery
• offers Intentional Peer Support, Peer Support Groups, Guest Speakers, Wellness Recovery Action Plan Groups (WRAP)
• nutritious meals for $1.00
• free access to laundry, computer access, cards, games, crafts, free coffee and tea, television and resource materials

Provides child protection services within our community seven days a week, twenty four hours a day, to the children and families

• services include investigations of allegations of child abuse and neglect, support to families and out of home placement in approved adoptive, foster homes or group care programs
• programs and services are developed in response to the needs of the community and the child welfare mandate

Mental Health Services & Addiction Services provided:

• Screening and Assessment
• Treatment Planning and Referrals
• Personal Counseling and Goal Setting
• Relapse Prevention Planning

Treatments may include:

• Clinical Couselling: Clinicians with Counselling and Treatment Programs available. Psychotherapy based counselling available.
• Mental Health Case Management: Case management navigation, support and recovery programming
• Transitional Case Management: Program provides short-term support for rapid response to address immediate needs and then connecting to additional programs and services to ensure well-being
• Skill Groups: Provides a variety of informational and practical skill development techniques.
• Concurrent Disorders Case Management: integrated case management services to assist with treatment planning, service navigation, support and advocy for those dealing with both Mental Health and Addiction concerns.
