Health care team serving the areas of Centre Hastings, Madoc, Marmora and Lake, and Tudor and Cashel. Services include:
- chronic disease prevention and management programs
- smoking cessation
- COPD screening and treatment
- Heart Health program (high blood pressure management)
- Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS)
- diabetes management (education, counseling, foot care and support)
- mental health counselling
- nutrition counselling
- Women's Health program
Please note that the services can only be accessed by rostered patients and those who do not have a primary care provider, except for the following:
- laboratory services provided by Life Labs at the Madoc clinic are open to everyone
- blood work at the Marmora clinic is open to all residents of the Marmora and Lake area
