Description
Non-essential transportation currently cancelled due to COVID-19 (until further notice)

Operates a door-to-door transit system for seniors, disabled and/or handicapped individuals
  • Provides service for any trip purpose using a wheelchair accessible van
  • Requires advance reservations and cancellations or additional fees may apply
  • Transportation is offered within the local areas served and for out-of-town medical appointments
NOTE: Passengers requiring an assistant must provide their own but escort/companion can ride free of charge
Eligibility
Adults 60 years and older who are mobile, and people who are visually or hearing impaired

Residency Requirements: For out-of-town travel information contact the Transportation Coordinator
Application Process
  • Applications are available through the Transportation Coordinator and can be picked up at office or mailed to client's home
  • Requires advance reservations
  • Last minute cancellations will be billed
  • Fee for each ride which is billed monthly
  • For out-of-town medical appointments information contact the Transportation Coordinator
