- 45-minute phone or video call between class and KHP counsellor

Culturally safe and engaging audio and video group sessions on mental health and wellness, including skills development, tools and resources- pre-session video
- virtual conversation with KHP Indigenous Wellness Specialist
- package includes step-by-step booklet, resource materials and promotional gifts for youth participants

- Counsellor in the Classroom open to students in grades 6-12
Brighter Days open to First Nations, Inuit and Métis youth 6-29 years, including community groups and classrooms

Educators and community youth group leaders visit website for Brighter Days Indigenous Wellness Program online registration form; youth can also anonymously request Brighter Days session and indicate adult community helper to be contacted by Indigenous Engagement Coordinator
