Description
Provides services for children and youth struggling with mental health issues that are interfering with their activities of daily life

Services offered include:
  • Screening
  • Assessment
  • Intensive treatment
  • Case management
Eligibility
  • Manitoulin Island First Nations and the off-reserve Indigenous population within the Manitoulin Island District and Espanola
  • Children and youth between 6-18 years of age struggling with mental health issues
Application Process
Referrals accepted from self, family members and service providers with consent of family/youth when required
Documents Required
Valid Ontario health (OHIP) card and certificate of Indian status (if applicable) required
