Respite Program


Description
  • Provides short term relief and support services to primary caregivers of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Offers respite services for a few hours a day, a day, a weekend, or a week, and may be on an occasional or on a regular basis
  • Provides assistance to the primary caregiver in recruiting, training and selecting reliable respite care providers to assume responsibility for their child/adult

Primary caregivers 18 years of age and older of a child/adult with an intellectual and/or developmental disability who are living at home
