Functions as a single point of access for children and families in Sudbury/Manitoulin Districts who use services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)
Provides the following services:- Coordinated services planning
- Service coordination/access
- Urgent Response Services (OAP)
- Respite funding
- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) program
- Alternative dispute resolution
- Autism consultation
- Intensive Treatment & Support program
- Comments
- Note: Families will be served on a flexible basis if office hours are identified as a barrier
- Eligibility
- Children and youth up to 18 years of age. *Certain programs have additional eligibility criteria. Please contact CCN to find out more.
- Application Process
- Intake interview required to review eligibility and to access services. This can be done through an office visit, home visit, via phone or on Zoom.
