Description

Functions as a single point of access for children and families in Sudbury/Manitoulin Districts who use services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)

Provides the following services:

  • Coordinated services planning
  • Service coordination/access
  • Urgent Response Services (OAP)
  • Respite funding
  • Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) program
  • Alternative dispute resolution
  • Autism consultation
  • Intensive Treatment & Support program

Comments
Note: Families will be served on a flexible basis if office hours are identified as a barrier
Eligibility
Children and youth up to 18 years of age. *Certain programs have additional eligibility criteria. Please contact CCN to find out more.
Application Process
Intake interview required to review eligibility and to access services. This can be done through an office visit, home visit, via phone or on Zoom.
