Post-Secondary and Career Readiness Program


Description
Provides guidance and support to youth through one-on-one and group mentoring in their quest for post-secondary education and career choices

Services include but are not limited to:
  • Assistance with academic registration
  • Assistance completing Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) applications
  • Campus tours
  • Discussions about post-secondary education and possible future career choices
  • Education during weekly group meetings on career readiness and post-secondary skills and information
  • Referrals to community employment agencies
