- Offers counselling and support services for Indigenous individuals with mental health issues
- Integrates contemporary intervention with a holistic traditional healing approach that promotes spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing
- Advocacy
- Assessment and supportive counselling
- Referrals to other community agencies including cultural, traditional resources
- Help in navigating the health care system
- Eligibility
- Indigenous individuals 16 years of age and older suffering from mental illness/mental health issues

- Initial intake assessment required to determine needs and create a wellness/recovery plan
