- Offers social, recreational and educational support services to individuals suffering from persistent mental illness and requiring assistance to cope with the day to day aspects of independent living
Supports include but are not limited to:- Advocacy
- Crisis intervention
- Group discussions
- Individual support
- Life skills training
- Referral to service providers
- Social/recreational activities/programs
- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years of age and older suffering from persistent mental illness/mental health issues requiring the necessary skills to cope with the day to day aspects of independent living
