Operates a long term care facility offering a variety of programs, services and amenities

Provides a 62-bed long-term care home; residential care for 9 private rooms, 22 semi-private rooms, and 32 basic rooms

Provides residents with the following services:
  • 24-hour Nursing Care and Supervision
  • 24-hour On Call Physician
  • Care Conferences
  • Foot Care
  • Hairdressing/Barber Services
  • Laundry Services
  • Meals
  • Medication administration
  • Palliative care
  • Physician Visits
  • Social Work Services/Family Services Coordinator
  • Spiritual Programs and Pastoral Care
  • Various recreational programs and social events
Coordinates a variety of programs for residents which can include but are not limited to:
  • Community special events
  • Exercise and activities sessions
  • Guest speakers
  • Memorial services
  • Pet visitation/therapy
  • Religious services
  • Voting day polling station
Eligibility
Individuals 18 years of age and older who must:
  • Have a valid Ontario Health (OHIP) Card
  • Have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in your home or care in your community and
  • Have health care needs that can be met in a long term care home
