- Provides family mediation services (dispute resolution) through traditional Circles
- Aims to restore harmony between family members through an agreed-upon family care plan

- A Circle is composed of family members, front line workers, agency representatives and community Elders
- Eligibility
- NAN First Nation families who are involved with a child protection agency
- Application Process
- Referrals can be made by anyone, however all individuals and agencies involved must agree to participate
