  • Preserves, promotes and makes public the City's corporate history
  • Documents in the collection assist in researching a family's past, the history of a home, the history of the City and its services and attractions
  • Part of the World War One Thunder Bay Centennial Project
  • Maintains a Flickr site with historical photos of the City of Thunder Bay
  • Offers tours and public open houses throughout the year
  • Collections List can be viewed on the website; in person research requires no appointment, but if reference help is required from an archivist, call or email ahead
