Lift+ is public transit and services most locations within city limits - Eligibility
- Individuals with a disability who are unable to use conventional Thunder Bay Transit services
- Application Process
- Application required
- Visit the office or website for the form, or call to request form be mailed
- If Transit is unable to determine if you qualify for the service, an in-person interview or a transit skills assessment may be arranged (a ride will be provided at no cost)
- Call up to 7 days in advance to book ride
- Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis; waitlisting is available, if required
