- Operates a bus charter for individuals who are planning an outing with a group of people
- Offers the charter for a minimum of 3 hours and within city limits
- Offers accessible Thunder Bay Transit and Lift+ buses for the charters
- Provides buses for schools and daycares to use for group field trips

- All Charter buses are low floor and accessible. Transit will not start a new charter after 11 pm. To cancel or make changes to a charter, Transit must be notified within 72 hours prior to Charter departure (or will be subject to full charges). Will not accommodate pub crawls.

- Fill out a Charter Request Form a minimum of two weeks in advance and return it to Thunder Bay Transit
- School and daycare charters can request (at least) one week prior to the date of travel
