- Provincial Offences Courts will be closed until further notice. A date to resume in-person court appearances has not been determined
- The Court Services Office is open to the general public and agencies, effective March 1, 2022 - regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm). Masks are still required when entering the Victoriaville Civic Centre.
- All in-person Provincial Offences Act (POA) matters including trials, will be rescheduled and held by remote Zoom video hearings. Do not attend court. A notice of the new court date will be sent to you in the mail to the last address the court has on file. If you need to update your address with the court (i.e. moved), please contact the office.

- Accepts payments for common fines issued such as speeding tickets, liquor tickets, insurance fines, hunting and fishing fines as well as several other offences under the Provincial Offences Act
- Provides court support and administration services on behalf of 15 regional municipal partners and the Province of Ontario
