- Offers support to individuals with disabilities in City of Thunder Bay Recreation and Culture programs at the following facilities:
- Canada Games Complex
- Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre and West Thunder Community Centre 55+ programs
- Volunteer Pool
- Sir Winston Churchill Community Pool
- Community Centres
- Golf at municipal courses (Strathcona and Chapples)
- Provides information and special resources such as newsletters, personal consultation and referral, recreation equipment loan, and library
- Staff are adaptable to modified forms of English such as written, gestures, and gazing
- Eligibility
- Adults 18 years of age and older with any type of disability seeking recreational opportunities

- The application form is available on the website; completed forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Complex
