- Description
- Prepares a report that provides systemic background factors and life circumstances of an Indigenous offender to the court at sentencing
- Provides culturally appropriate recommendations for sentencing alternatives to custody
- Offers Gladue Aftercare to support the development of the recommendations
- Offers an anger management program
- Assists, supports, and advocates on behalf of the offender to follow through with the recommendations

- Addictions
- Criminal history
- Culture
- Healing and/or treatment plan
- Eligibility
- Indigenous individuals who have pled guilty or are found guilty after trial
- Must consent to the report
- Must be residents of Thunder Bay
- Priority is given to Indigenous women and to clients facing six months or more in custody
