COVID19 remote services available during pandemicAlternative to prosecution for eligible individuals who have been charged with minor criminal offences * two service components include: * Community Justice Worker and Programming Options * Community Justice Worker attends First Appearance court * receives referrals from the Crown Attorney * works collaboratively with the Crown and the offender to determine * implement and monitor sanctions which could include one or more of the following: * community service work * letter of apology * charitable donation * restitution * Stop Shop Theft Program

Referred by Crown Attorney * Individuals may ask Counsel or Duty Counsel about their eligibility
