Supporting women who have experienced abuse to transition to independent living:- Assists with acquring housing, social housing or other accommodations, educational, employment and financial supports
- Assists women to plan and increase their safety and the safety of their children
- Support women to identify the supports, make goals and transition plans
- Service will respect a woman's right to make her own choices
- Eligibility
- Women ages 16 and up who may be living separate from their abuser(s) and/or residing in an emergency shelter, social housing or other accommodations * Women ages 16 and up who may be living with their abuser(s) and would like assistance with increasing their safety and the safety of their children
