Offers rent-geared-to-income and supportive housing primarily for individuals with mental illness

Offers eight Integrated Housing Sites in the City of North Bay with varying levels of support, located at:
  • Algonquin Avenue Building
  • Duke Street Apartments
  • Lakeshore Drive Home (2)
  • Mountainview Estates
  • Nipissing Street Building
  • Percy Street Building
  • Woodward Apartments

All housing sites are dedicated to those receiving Support Services from Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services, Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT Team) or Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Program

Eligibility
  • Individuals aged 16 years and up with mental illness
  • Must require ongoing comprehensive Case Management in order to live successfully in the community
  • Must be Canadian citizens, landed immigrants or refugees living within Nipissing District
  • Must not owe arrears to full or partially-funded geared-to-income housing providers

  • Individuals who also have an Acquired Brain Injury

Individuals will be placed on a waiting list that is prioritized based on need and/or date of application
