Provides scheduled walk-in counseling services for non-emergency mental health issues including:- Adjustment to illness, disabilities or loss
- Anxiety
- Coping with mental illness
- Depression
- Life choice and career issues
- Low mood disorders
- Panic disorders
- Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years of age and older experiencing acute mental health situations but not requiring emergency assistance
- Application Process
- Call to complete Intake Assessment and book phone/virtual appointment
- Sessions offered only as a single therapy-focusing session on one main concern
- Appointments available for 45 minutes each
