- Provides supervised activities in a group setting for adults with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia as well as for frail and elderly individuals
- Prevents premature and inappropriate institutionalization
- Provides respite and support for caregivers
- Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years of age and older with specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance
- Seniors 65 years of age and older
