Adult Day Program

Program cancelled until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions
  • Provides supervised individual and group physical and recreational activities
  • Offers activities for frail and/or elderly individuals
  • Provides individual and/or group activities for adults diagnosed¬†with Alzheimer's disease and other progressive cognitive disorders or dementias
  • Encourages social interaction
  • Serves as respite for caregivers

  • Open to referrals from any source
  • Assessments for eligibility are required through the North West Local Health Integration Network (NWLHIN)
Service - Minimal fee to cover cost of lunch
