Provides support to children impacted by a developmental disability, utilizing skilled staff and effective partnershipsSpecial Needs Resource Teacher ProgramServes children 2-6 years who have one or more delays in their development and who attend a licensed childcare center or home childcare * Provides case management services to assist families in accessing services and supports for their childFamily Support ProgramSupports families who have school aged children who have a developmental disability * Assists families access resources to enhance their child's development and ensure they can fully participate at both school and in their communities * The Family Support Worker acts as a case manager, coordinating resources and assisting in the development of an individual family support plan including both life and school transition goalsChildren's Respite ServicesProvides primary caregiver of a child with a developmental disability with a break from caregiver responsibilities * Can take place in a variety of settings and is flexible in time from a few hours to overnight breaks
