  • Functions as a local service club and member of Lions International that supports community projects and individuals in need through volunteerism and fundraising
  • Provides financial assistance locally and internationally for vision, hearing and diabetes problems and guide dogs for sight impairments
  • Offers scholarships and bursaries to graduating students from Emo and District as funds allow
  • Collects unneeded eyeglasses for donating to Lions Eye Bank
  • Offers medical transportation to individuals in need
  • Fundraising events include: Rainy River children's projects, Hunter's dinner, Christmas dinner and dance, Polar Plunge, Farmers Night, Lions share grocery raffle
  • Belongs to District 5M 10-ON
  • Meetings held at the Devlin Hall, 1323 Hall Rd in Devlin ON
