- Mandated to provide 8 rent-geared-to-income units and 2 market value units
- Offers one-bedroom fully self-contained apartments
- Provides a common room equipped with full kitchen for residents to use for social functions and events
- Provides free laundry facilities for residents
- Maintains all public spaces and building grounds

- Seniors 60 years of age and older who meet low income financial requirements
- If space available, non-seniors may qualify
