- Provides transportation within the community for individuals accessing health services
- Provides assistance with completing prior approval applications for long distance medical appointments
- Offers assistance with arrangements for accommodation and travel details for individuals attending medical appointments at Kirkland Lake, Timmins, Iroquois Falls or elsewhere
- Eligibility
- Members of Matachewan First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age

- Requires written proof of medical appointment
- Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
