Offers governance advisory services in the following areas:- Basic administrative functions
- Codes of conduct
- Conflict of interest codes
- Election codes
- Interpreting the Indian Act
- Management training and development programs for elected officials and department managers
- Membership registration
- Strategic planning and development of each community's government structure
- Eligibility
- Must belong to one of the member First Nations in the Robinson-Superior Treaty area served by Nokiiwin Tribal Council
