- Advises on all aspects of financial management duties and budget control
- Provides workshops and presentations in financial management
- Provides support for preparation of funding proposals for various community initiatives
- Maintains resources on management practices, policies and procedures and governance codes, available for community use upon request
- Provides accounting support and oversees financial policies and procedures for the Nokiiwin Tribal Council
- Audit preparation
- Computerized accounting and bookkeeping

- Third party and co-management exit strategies
- Eligibility
- Must belong to one of the member First Nations in the Robinson-Superior Treaty area served by Nokiiwin Tribal Council
