Consider online filing of civil claims, small claims, or family law matters and filing by email (see website)

  • Child custody
  • Child access
  • Child and spousal support
  • Divorce
  • Division of property
Note: Superior Court of Justice does not hear adoption and child protection matters, except on appeal
