Communities Together for Children
EarlyON Child and Family Centre, Sherbrooke EarlyON

Functions as a one stop family centre, offering children and their families a place to meet, learn and grow together
Babies Day Out Parent and Infant Drop-In
  • Provides resources and information from Registered Early Childhood Educators and Public Health staff
  • Offers stimulating experiences for parents and infants, such as circle time where parents sing songs and interact with their babies
  • Coordinates discussions on topics concerning infant care, parenting and growth, and development that are relevant in a baby's first year
Caregiver Drop-In
  • Provides a space for in-home Child Care Providers to bring a group of children to engage in a variety of activities
  • Offers opportunities for child care providers to engage in discussions regarding in home child care information
  • Provides Registered Early Childhood Educators on site who assist in coordinating activities
  • Offers an opportunity for children to play and learn together through songs, stories, and fun activities
  • Supports an active learning experience through exploration, play, and inquiry
  • Provides a space that reflects belonging, well-being, engagement and expression

Good Food Box Host Site
  • Provides a prearranged assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables on a monthly basis
  • Functions as a food purchasing system making fresh fruits and vegetables available at a reduced price
  • Food is available at prices equal or less than the cost at the supermarket through bulk purchasing and volunteer participation
