Description
All in-person services have been suspended; services are being provided remotely -- as at March 17, 2020 and until further notice

Provides a free service designed to assist low-income women and their families with basic practical assistance through the provision of:
  • Baby items
  • Linens and bedding
  • Clothing, footwear, and outerware
  • Children's books, costumes and toys
  • Decorations
  • Small kitchen appliances such as toasters, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Donations are gratefully accepted during regular office hours
Eligibility
Low-income women and families in need, including, but not limited to:
  • women who work for minimum wage
  • women on assistance
  • women leaving abusive relationships
  • young women needing clothes for school
  • single women starting families
Application Process
  • Women attending the program on Thursdays are asked to give a $5 donation
  • In emergency situations outside the regular hours, call the office to make arrangements for pick-up of items
