- Provides transportation from/to Ginoogaming First Nation Reserve to medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist) in Longlac, Geraldton and Thunder Bay
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation
- Eligibility
- Members of Ginoogaming First Nation who require medical transportation assistance due to age or disability
- Application Process
- Requires written proof of medical appointment
- Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
