Description
  • Provides a one stop collision reporting centre
  • Provides trained counselors to assist individuals in completing forms, contacting insurance providers and to start the claims process
Comments
During business hours, towed vehicles must go directly to the reporting centre from the scene of the collision, before receiving any repairs
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility
Police attend collisions involving:
  • Injury or death
  • Criminal activity
  • Government vehicles
  • Vehicles transporting dangerous goods
  • Damage to private or government property
All other accidents are to be reported to the centre
  • Drivers license, vehicle ownership and insurance papers are required
  • Only the driver(s) involved in the accident can report
Application Process
  • As soon as possible, report accident at the centre with vehicle
  • If the vehicle is driveable an individual has 48 hours to report the accident
