Community Living Options
  • Assists people to live full and complete lives within their community
  • Offers Case Management supports
  • Offers Respite supports
  • Offers supported independent living
Community Participation Supports
  • Offers a variety of options according to individual choice
  • Enhances increasing social roles and volunteer opportunities
  • Assists with pursuing leisure activities within the community
Community Supports
  • Provides case management and advocacy support to adults and children living in the community
Specialized Supports
  • Offers a wide variety of supports according to the person's needs at a given time in their life
  • Support may be engaged individually for families or support groups

  • Children's Services-Diagnosis of Intellectual Disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder by a registered medical practitioner
