Individuals with an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder
Application Process
  • Children's Services-Diagnosis of Intellectual Disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder by a registered medical practitioner
  • Adult Services-application process through Developmental Services Ontario (1-855-376-6673)
