- Eligibility
- Eligibility is determined by the information provided on the application form and, in some cases, the recommendation of an independent qualified Eligibility Assessment Advisor
There are 3 levels of eligibility, including:
- Unconditional Eligibility - individuals whose level of disability prevents them form using the conventional transit system
- Conditional Eligibility - individuals with a disability where environmental or physical barriers limit their ability to consistently use the conventional transit system
- Temporary Eligibility - individuals with a disability that temporarily prevents them from using the conventional transit system; Temporary Eligibility is also available to approved out-of-town visitors
- Application Process
- Application forms must be completed and submitted to Greater Sudbury Transit
- Application forms are available on the website or by calling 3-1-1
- Eligibility Assessment Advisor will endeavor to process and reply to Applications for Eligibility within 14 days
- Decisions can be appealed to the Hearing Committee of Greater Sudbury Council
