Description
Provides greater access to public transportation by offering transportation to and from the nearest public transit stop to less populated areas of the city
Eligibility
Must live in a community that is not easily accessible by public transportation (GOVA Zone); GOVA Zone maps are viewable on the website
Application Process
  • Individuals must call the designated phone number for the GOVA Zone service provider in their area
  • Calls must be made at least 90 minutes in advance
  • Visit the GOVA Routes and Schedules website to see where the GOVA Zone service is available and the designated phone numbers
