- Eligibility
- Must live in a community that is not easily accessible by public transportation (GOVA Zone); GOVA Zone maps are viewable on the website
- Application Process
- Individuals must call the designated phone number for the GOVA Zone service provider in their area
- Calls must be made at least 90 minutes in advance
- Visit the GOVA Routes and Schedules website to see where the GOVA Zone service is available and the designated phone numbers
