- Provides support services for seniors, individuals with critical or long-term illness, and persons with health barriers such as a disability
- Provides speech and language services support to children attending schools on-reserve
- Adult life enrichment and recreation
- Basic foot care
- Homemaking including assistance with meals and cleaning
- Palliative support
- Personal care including bathing, washing and dressing
- Respite care
- Transportation to medical appointments or errands
- Eligibility
- Indigenous individuals and families living within the jurisdiction of Dilico and who meet the criteria as determined by Care Managers
- Application Process
- Verbal or written referrals accepted from Dilico employees or First Nations communities receiving Community and Personal Support Services
- Requires an assessment with a Home and Community Care Manager
