Provides employment and training opportunities to communities
  • Administers accredited Post-Secondary Courses in partnership with various colleges
  • Offers pre-apprenticeship courses and training programs as related to employment opportunities with industries such as mining and natural resources
  • Provides courses that align with the Impact Benefits Agreements (IBA) developed with organizations conducting mining and natural resource development in the area
Also provides:
  • Office and classroom space for rent by the hour, half day or full day for meetings, workshops and conferences
  • Gymnasium rental with special rates for non-profit groups or Taykwa Tagamou members
  • Postings of job opportunities from partners, local businesses and proponents in the growing mining and natural resource sectors
