- Offers a 20 bed Continuing Care Unit that assists individuals to maintain the highest level of independence possible
- Encourages individuals to carry out activities of daily living, including making their own bed, dressing, bathing, attending social functions, and moving with minimal assistance
- Provides a team of health care professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nutritional services, and the pharmacy to assess an individual's needs
