  • Hobbies and crafts reference centre
  • Home improvement reference centre
  • Auto repair reference centre
  • Talking book services for the visually and physically impaired
Community Access Program
  • Provides individuals with public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively
  • Offers basic computer training
  • Provides access and education for electronic government services
